This PR documents new metric attributes for the OBI network.flow.bytes metric introduced in open-telemetry/opentelemetry-ebpf-instrumentation#1088, open-telemetry/opentelemetry-ebpf-instrumentation#1027 and open-telemetry/opentelemetry-ebpf-instrumentation#887

Thanks, @theSuess! As @maryliag mentioned, please remove the es file from this PR. The localization team will update the page later. There's a process to follow so we can keep track of drift.
