Summary

This adds browser Fetch client coverage to the JavaScript HTTP conformance suite.

• Runs each runner-selected HTTP contract case in a real headless browser with @opentelemetry/instrumentation-fetch.
• Adds a reusable browser runner that preserves the contract request URL and bridges browser OTLP/HTTP protobuf exports to the conformance collector.
• Adds decoded OTLP integration coverage that verifies only the selected request produces a client span.
• Validates response status and parsed JSON without depending on object-key order.
• Records the generated conformance coverage and documents how to run the scenario.

Part of #139.

Validation

• JavaScript syntax checks for all changed sources
• git diff --check
• GitHub Actions requested for the dependency-backed test and formatting suites

The committed coverage records the instrumentation's current recommended network.protocol.version findings.
