Perfect! ("abi3-py38") can be always turned on, except if you enable Rust defined exceptions, which is not abi compliant. |

@michaelfeil thanks! this was just an oversight when we pulled things over from a internal repo. I am publish 0.0.2-alpha.1 to pypi which should include this. if it works ill move it out of alpha |

Adds abi-py38 feature to compile to python3.8+. Fixed baseten's production.
I am indifferent if this is merged, or if you merge it in another PR. Preferably, I would like to have a release on pypi asap.
