Closed. Scaffold PR opened pre-deadline as part of a 2x3 lever exploration: bases {PR 2014, PR 2130} crossed with levers {GW=8, Calib32, GW=8+Calib32}. The 3-seed run on this configuration didn't beat its base. GATE_WINDOW=8 turned out to be net-negative on the PR 2130 stack (a known-good lever on PR 2014 that doesn't transfer cleanly to PR 2130's additional knobs). PR 2135 (PR 2130 + Calib32) was the variant from this exploration that beat its base and is the live record candidate.
