Goal

To make available real estate market analysis reports data as open data CSV or JSON.

Tasks

Armenian Cadastre committee monthly publishes real estate market analysis reports as PDF files. These reports include many tables that could be extracted and converted to machine-readable data http://www.cadastre.am/analyze.

That's how this table looks like

Tasks are:

1. Collect all real estate market analysis reports
2. Extract tables from market analysis reports
3. Convert extracted tables

Context

There is not much geodata and statistics data available about Armenia. This dataset could be interesting for economically analyzing the country and its regions.
