BTW, this build fails because GitHub tries to build it against "standard" Core, not openhab/openhab-core#5137. It builds fine against openhab/openhab-core#5137. |

This is a "companion" of openhab/openhab-core#5137. I will probably never become "a real PR", but parts of it might. It's here so that it's possible to test all the changes together.
The goal of all this is to refactor various aspects of how UPnP is handled in OH, which affects both Core and various bindings.
