In response to this:

Change documentation to use CentOS 9 Stream OS for MicroShift Getting Started instructions.

The flow was optimized to "hide" all the repository setup details in the kickstart file, while MicroShift installation and configuration is exposed to the end-user in the flow. This would allow to seemlessly upgrade repository configuration without changing the main user flow.

I thought we agreed to leave the Getting Started docs using 4.12 builds until we have 4.13 RPMs in the standard repositories?

I prepared this PR for the future when MicroShift 4.13 packages are available for RHEL 9.2 OS
