ADD_TRANSLATION: Add stroke count and retroactively correct just-stroked text per new definition

The ADD_TRANSLATION command should take a number argument. This will populate the strokes field with that number of previous strokes. Once the translation is defined it will also fix the text that had just been typed.

@stenoknight, this would be a large feature to code for. Is it worth the effort?

Hm. I could see it being useful; it's the way most proprietary steno software works, after all. But honestly, after using Plover as-is for the last year and change, I feel like it's by no means a must-have. Let's put it on the way back burner for now.

I suggest a different way to have the ADD_TRANSLATION dialog box fix the stroke(s) you just typed, then defined:

Don't pass a stroke count, or change the appearance of the dialog box at all. When the dialog box is submitted, count the strokes in the new definition, then check that many most recent strokes, if all match then fix them.

How to fix them: behave exactly as if the user pressed * the correct number of times (to match the stroke count of the new definition) then pressed the same stroke(s) again.

I think this should be relatively easy to implement. I hope it is. Seems like a great little time saver.
