当前问题

多行模式下，当不满足提交条件时，使用快捷键 enter 会触发编辑器的默认换行行为

预期行为

多行模式下，当不满足提交条件时， 避免触发快捷键 enter 的换行行为

二、移除无效的 template prop, 更新相关用法

三、场景截图

1. 无内容（未输入内容时）

2. 有效内容（输入文本时）

3. 无效内容（只输入空格，不显示发送按钮 且 无法通过快捷键发送）
