Input fields dark and hardly visible

A user has reported the setup input fields being dark and hardly visible iPhone 8 Plus. iOS 13.4.1.

The same issue seems to effect my ipad mini iOS 12.4.2. I looks like this issue is widespread and a significant issue since inputting data into the almost hidden fields would be tricky. Are you able to replicate @markwj? I wonder what could have caused this?

I have the same issue, plus I now no longer receive notifications.
