Details:

  • Implemented and registered loader for RGBToHSV
  • Created unit test test_tf_RGBToHSV.py
  • Slightly modified helper to accept ov::Outputov::Node instead of shared_ptr

I modified supported_ops.md with my MD extension in vscode and it for some reason git is saying there is a large diff. Do you mind double checking it and confirming that it looks good?
