Create a new warehouse folder

When a new warehouse folder is configured in the code, it must be created manually on the k8s storage node.

Connect through SSH on the storage node.

Create the folder in /data/download/zim

Create the folder in /data/zim-receiver/check-logs

Create the folder in /data/zim-receiver/zim + set approriate permissions with chown systemd-coredump:users xxx
