Increase test coverage for ACM plugin

Additional context

After PoC spike on the ACM plugin we should work on getting the codebase covered by unit tests.

Acceptance Criteria

• Frontent plugin has at least 2 tests per component
• Backend plugin has at least 2 tests per method
