Hello everyone,

I'm facing a frustrating issue with my Outlook account. It got locked recently, and when I try to unlock it using my phone, I receive a message saying:

“Try another verification method. That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method.”

The problem is — there is no other verification method available on my account. I’ve tried multiple times, waited for hours, and even used different devices and browsers, but nothing works.

Hey! Your only ways are:

1. use recovery form (be thorough)
2. reach out to Microsoft support

I am facing hardship as my hotmail account has been blocked when I was out of the country. I tried all methods to recover but not working even filled in the account recovery form but could not restored. how to restord as all my bank accounts and other inportant accounts are linked with this email. I lost total communication and unable to use those as well
