Hi everyone,Recently, my account was flagged as spammy for reasons unknown to me. The flag appears to have been removed a few hours after I opened a support ticket, but no message was left in the ticket. However, my education benefits have not yet been reinstated. Before the flagging, the status showed “Coupon Applied,” but now it simply says “Approved.” |

Hi @LukeFrankio, I've noticed that you don't have the Verified students have the application button disabled, so if your button to reapply is enabled, it means you lost your benefits and need to re-verify your student status by submitting another application. |

@LukeFrankio go to your payment information settings, If your benefits are still available, you should see something similar to the screenshot below:
Otherwise, it means that you have lost access to them. Being redirected to the pricing page may indicate that you've been temporarily restricted from reapplying, in which case you'll need to wait a few days or contact support by opening a ticket here, select "
Other" and explain your problem.
