Hi everyone,I submitted my application 6 days ago and was rejected, but 6 days passed and each time I tried to resubmit my application and finish the final step,a new window appears which read "There was an error creating the discount request. Errors: Discount request could not be created. Discount request errors: You have an outstanding discount request for @FengXuT. We will get back to you soon." |

Hi @FengXuT, Your application may be stuck in a loop due to an error. I recommend logging out of your GitHub account and logging back in using a different browser in incognito mode, or another device. Go to your Education Benefits settings and check if you have any pending applications. If not, try again. Otherwise, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select " If you are finally able to submit your application, I recommend you translate your academic proof from Chinese to English and then fill in your billing information and your GitHub profile with your translated full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. The automated system is unable to correctly read languages that don't use the Latin alphabet. For further reference, take a look at this discussion : #164204 |

Sorry but I forget about the details of how I finally submitted my application successfully, but after I went to https://education.github.com/discount_requests/application Because my application has already been approved now, I can't went back to the original state so I cannot vistit the application website again and offer you more relevant information. |
