Some Python tests are not executed

Several Python tests are not in the CMakeLists.txt file and probably not running:
adios2NPTypes.py
TestQuery.py
TestBPWriteTypesHighLevelAPI_HDF5.py

Should be they fixed or cleaned up?

adios2NPTypes.py is imported into other tests, so it doesn't need to be in CMakeLists.txt.
The HDF5 one would have to be protected because we don't always build with HDF5 available and it has that hardcoded.
TestQuery seems to depend upon heat.bp which is generated by the heat transfer example, not by anything here, so maybe this isn't a proper test.

TestBPWriteTypesHighLevelAPI_HDF5.py is commented out. Should it be included?

Does it succeed? My only observation would be that if it uses the HDF5 engine, it needs to be inside a conditional in CMakeLists.txt so that it only tries to run if HDF5 is built. @guj can probably tell you if it works or not.

Although I never touched the file, yes I think it should be included if ADIOS is compiled with HDF5 support.

Ah, I hadn't looked at the file history. Well, it looks like it was added 5 years ago and may never have actually run in CI. @dmitry-ganyushin, if you want to deal with it, that's fine. First, run it and see if it succeeds. If it does, add it to CI, protected so that it only runs when we have HDF5. If it doesn't, I think you could fix it or delete it.
