Switch argparse to Typer for CLI improvement

Can you give more details about your point? Why typer instead of argparser in our case?

• Typer is designed to improve the developer experience
• Better Code Readability and Maintainability
• Auto-Generated Documentation & Completion
• etc ...

What improvements do you want to bring to the project?
Of my point of view, the current cli is simple and easy maintainable.

Maybe in the future, we will have a complex cli to handle. But for the moment, I think argparser do the job.
