Next release timeline

The last release is from July 26th. Is the next one already planned? @spencerschrock you seem to be the current releaser, maybe you know.

Also, will dependencies get updated? I'm particularly interested in version 1.8.5 of osv-scanner which is depended at version 1.8.2 right now while version 1.9.1 is out.

I was planning one soon to take advantage of some Scorecard Action specific changes.
API usage reduction (#1423), a new container host (#1453), and an error QoL change (#1459)

Also, will dependencies get updated?

I can look into bumping Scorecard, likely as a v5.1.0 patch, but also possibly just as a pseudo version bump here.

Likely this release timeline will be in the next week or two
