[ossia-max] erroneous repeated values from ossia.parameter/ossia.remote when connecting ossia.device and ossia.client

Please see the attached test patches. When communicating between an ossia.device in one patch and an ossia.client in another, values are repeatedly output from ossia.remotes (three times) and ossia.parameters (two times).
