What is the issue?

Latest release v1.3.4 (#25382) included an upgrade on base debian images for docker (#24055), from bookworm to trixie).

Although this probably just fixed dep vulnerabilities, this can produce collateral effects for who uses bun docker images, such as oven/bun:1.3 due to package availability differences, such as addgroup and adduser that were removed.
I believe this change should be added to the changelog/blog post for reference.
