Use the same matching entry as resolveFirst.

When duplicate entries exist, incrementFirst examines only one m_map.find(key) result. It can erase an expired entry or update an expiry-only entry while another live value exists. The setvar =+N and =-N paths call incrementFirst, so they can produce a different result from resolveFirst.

store() can create duplicate keys. setExpiry() alone creates an expiry-only entry, and a later store() can create the duplicate. storeOrUpdateFirst() does not create a second entry when the key already exists. Remove all expired matches under the lock, then select the last live entry with a value, as resolveFirst does. Preserve an expiry-only entry when no live value exists.

Update incrementFirst to inspect all entries for the key under the lock, erase
every expired match, and select the last live entry with a value, matching
resolveFirst. If no live value exists, preserve an expiry-only entry as the
fallback rather than erasing it.
