External API should not expose PCIe numbers to operators #11624

The unadopted-disk endpoint exposes a "pcie_slot" value to customers, which continues propagating the issue described in #11258 . This issue is tracking the removal of that exposure - admittedly, it's not part of the sled agent API, but it's information leakage that should not exist (we should use the topo label instead).
