pcie_slot should not be used as a DB primary key #11625

inv_physical_disk and inv_nvme_disk_firmware both key off of pcie_slot (see: #11258), and they should not.

I previously punted on this because the alternative option - libtopo location information - might not always be accessible. However, once this information becomes non-optional (see: #11319) we should use it instead as PK.
