The client now reads `sush.toml` from the XDG config directories, or the file named by `--config`. Keys are option names, and tables are profiles selected by `--profile`. The command line overrides the environment, which overrides the file; of two conflicting options, the one from the weaker source is dropped. Rename `--permslip` to `--permslip-key`. Rework the command option handling to support a TOML config file that provides defaults which are overridden by either environment variables or command line arguments. Supports named profiles that override top-level options, e.g.,
