Note: I just followed these steps, which are the same as those for the p4lang/p4runtime-shell repository, to create a version 0.12.0 of the ptf package on pypi.org on 2026-May-02 to verify that these instructions work: https://pypi.org/project/ptf/

I did the testing of these steps after the commit that added the use of uv, so yes.
