Support for ON_DUPLICATE policy during TS.ADD operation

Appreciate the work that has gone in to this library.  It's helped kick start testing of REDIS TimeSeries for us.

Any chance of support for the ON_DUPLICATE policy when performing a TS.ADD operation (and subsequent ALTER etc)? (I see it is in master branch)
