Port Scanning requests may be causing the occasional terminal data mixup problem

During debugging, it was notable that serial processing was paused on occasion coinciding with port refresh requests.

Consider this, test, and resolve if necessary.

This definitely caused download failures to occur on a more frequent basis. Issue #67 and Issue #109.

Fixed this issue by halting timed events before loadPropeller() operations and resuming timed events afterwards. PR #110
