Settings Gear appears unclickable

Setting Gear is gray (maybe only after click) and thus appears unclickable afterwards, but it's truly a toggle.

Update: Unsure how to enhance this. Color appears to not be a style, but rather embedded in svg data.

Perhaps changing the button background color upon activation will make it clear that it can be clicked again. I prefer it gray normally (when not activated) as it's not something we want/need most people to click and explore.

Enhanced settings "gear" button to work like below, keeping with the grey theme at the start to make it demur (as it's not something people need to mess with on a regular basis) and them draw more attention to it when the settings pane is expanced (to indicate it can be clicked again).
