Notification behavior when taskbar is set to autohide

If a user has the Windows taskbar's "Automatically hide" setting "On" and is working on a BlocklyProp project, then selecting Open or New project in Solo triggers notification behaviors that might seem like an interruption. The BP launcher button's background turns orange, which is probably intended. What might not be intended is if the taskbar is hidden, it reappears and the user has to first click the launcher taskbar button to make the notification stop and re-hide the taskbar. After that, they also have to minimize the launcher to get back to what they were doing.

Noted. Yes, this can be annoying and you've recognized exactly what's happening in this case; something I was unable to figure out. Thanks! I don't think there's a way for us to make the icon notification activity occur without affecting the taskbar, so we'll probably have to disable that feature.

This is also happening under MacOS, but with a flourish. The app icon in the dock begins to animate, bouncing several times before settling down again.
