Adapt to new binaries split for validators

We have to make sure our ansible scripts will still work following the release of paritytech/polkadot#7337

We need to make sure polkadot-prepare-worker and polkadot-execute-worker are downloaded at the bin path and that --workers-path is correctly set (if needed).
