Incase this is useful, the Capi repo has an NFTs example and an asset conversion example PR (will un-draft upon the next release of Cumulus). Hopefully this helps with integration. Also, latest Capi docs are live. Please feel free to open any Capi-related issues either here or––if they're broadly applicable––in the Capi repo (and @ me).
