Additional scenario to verify if Governance on AH can execute as root on other parachain but leveraging relay chain as intermediate hop. That may be the case when some parachain trusts Relay as root, but was not updated to also trust Asset Hub (conisdering post-AHM world, where Governance is moved out from Relay to Asset Hub, parachains should start to trust AH as root as well)
