Expose 'capabilities' to custom functions #164
Description
We can use activeWatchInfo to get the platform, but we cannot access the capabilities.
In this example it is "hide color picker for aplite" but i'd prefer something like "hide colorpicker for bw watches"
There is a function in utils (https://github.com/pebble/clay/blob/master/src/scripts/lib/utils.js#L110) but it is not exposed.
