How do we get uc_ai.g_base_url := 'host.containers.internal:11434/api'; from where we can get this uri

@robertsondas Hi, thanks! I was testing this on my local laptop so I have Ollama and the Oracle DB running on the same machine. Ollama is running on localhost:11434/api by default. But the DB also runs inside a (docker) container. In that case host.containers.internal maps to the hosts localhost.
