I am sorry but I cannot merge it. This is a readonly subtree split from https://github.com/php-enqueue/enqueue-dev repo. Regarding Symfony4 check this PR php-enqueue/enqueue-dev#269 |

Also, I wanted to update https://github.com/liip/LiipImagineBundle/tree/2.0 this bundle, and there was a compatibility problem with enqueue-bundle because Symfony 4 support didn't exist.
