BUG: Live preview / HTML export does not follow PDF print profile

I believe the live preview does not switch between A4/US Letter properly, as I have less characters per line in my preview vs my PDF.

In my live preview, I'm only able to use 57 characters across before it line breaks. However, when I use a PDF preview in US Letter mode, I have 60 characters. This is the same with the HTML export. Thank you!

Been digging a little. Part of this is because max-width is hardcoded under #workspace #script.dpi100 .innerpage as 577px. From my tests, this should be 612px for us-letter, which gives you 60 characters across. Removing the max-width from that section and adding the two below should be better:

        #workspace #script.a4.dpi100 .innerpage{
            max-width:577px;
        }
        #workspace #script.us-letter.dpi100 .innerpage{
            max-width:612px;
        }

But staticexport.html and preview.html also have 'a4 dpi100' as a hard coded value for div#script. I'm not sure how you want to handle that switch based on the print settings but hopefully it's a quick edit.
