Saving File Shouldn't Set Focus to PDF Window

When writing with "Show PDF Preview" enabled, a save will move the attention to the PDF window. It used to stay on the document so that I could just keep typing as usual. Now, instead, I need to click back into the text window.

This seems like it's related to a change in Visual Studio, not the extension, but it started happening a month or two ago.
