Hey All,

I have been meaning to get back to making small contributions for many of these excellent devices, but just have not had the time! Prior to this request, I had attempted to create a pull to merge my Adafruit IO code into the upstream, but ended up just having it included in the User Projects section of the README (which was totally cool).

I've spent a decent bit of time migrating a number of projects to GitLab, and decided to re-organize my initial project into a new repo where it now resides. I've also created a 'next-level' (so-to-speak) React-based dashboard for a more appealing UI for users to view data locally on their Pi or attached monitor.

The only main change that I'm looking for in this request is the updated User Projects section that I touched up to include the new homes of my contributions

Many Thanks!
