Pinpoint can mark a transaction as an error for various reasons such as exceptions, http status codes, and more. While exceptions and http status code can be easily checked with the call tree, it can be difficult to identify the cause in other cases. To address this, we are currently developing a feature that will display the reason of the error directly in the call tree.

From the screenshot, http status code is 200 (normal), and no exceptions were found as you mentioned. In this case, can you check whether the transaction includes multiple SQL executions? Starting from Pinpoint version 3.0.0, to enhance visibility of potential n+1 queries, if more than 100 queries are executed within a single transaction, it will be marked as an error.

If this applies to your case, you can disable this feature by using:

-Dprofiler.sql.error.enable=false

Alternatively, you can adjust the threshold using the following option (default is 100 executions):

-Dprofiler.sql.error.count

Update: I think I misunderstood the question. This option only disables the counting of SQL query executions. In cases where an explicit exception occurs, such as a timeout or a syntax error in the query, it will still be marked as an error.
