Update formik and resolve linting errors

• The latest version of formik updates the typings of functions returned by useField
  • Many of the functions return promises that need to be awaited
  • 
• Bump formik from 2.4.2 to 2.4.3 #6221
• types: Align FormikHelpers and FieldHelper types to useFormik ones jaredpalmer/formik#3843
