[Board Request] Support for RP2350 boards

I would like to see support for Raspberry Pi's new RP2350 chip. It's currently used in the new Raspberry Pi Pico 2 and the Sparkfun Pro Micro - RP2350.

So far been enjoying PlatformIO, thanks!
