A first stab at the subplotly.js milestone:

A lot of things are still sluggish when deleting subplots and switching from one subplot type to an other. In addition, the mode bar looks hideous in multi-plot-type graphs. But at least Plotly.plot with traces of different plot types works*. I'd call that a good start.

*: gl2d and cartesian subplots still can mix and mixing anything with polar (oh polar) is asking for trouble.

- handles plot across cartesian subplots, in a similar way
  to how gl3d, geo and gl2d module operate.
