The rfc bot posted the outcome of two different refs, including one that was submitted on the wrong track and timed out.
As a result, it is unclear which action can be taken as a follow-up.

Could this be handled in a better way?

Yeah the bot should only check for valid proposals and ignore invalid/failed ones :)
