Issue/Bug Description:
Enabling tiling mode does not position the windows based on their previous locations prior to enabling tiling mode. This is particularly annoying when disabling tiling mode and then renabling.
Steps to reproduce (if you know):
Enable tile mode
Rearrange window sizes and orientations
Disable tile mode
Enable tile mode
Expected behavior:
Windows' initial tiling should be approximately based on their locations prior to enabling tiling mode. If the windows were already arranged by tiling mode, disabling and then re-enabling should not change the layout at all.
