Certifi package doesn't work with updated Salesforce certifications

On June 29th, Salesforce updated their certificate chain to use DigiCert Global Root G3. With the certifi package, this is causing errors. Temporarily i've monkey-patched the package to point to system certificate store.

Hi @roshie548, thanks for reporting this issue. I just got rid of certifi and pulled a recent CA file in the project.
Feel free to upgrade to the latest version for the fix.

Thanks @pozil . I am guessing there is no way for this CA file to be updated automatically in case something like this happens in the future?

@roshie548 I don't think so but the risk is pretty limited given that the original certifi package we used in prior versions was already 7 years old before we faced an issue.
