Otherwise LGTM. Just make sure you add a changeset. From the root of the repo, run Is that a typo where you say this is a breaking change? I can't imagine anyone is using this in any way. |

Summary
preact build --no-prerenderproduces<script type="__PREACT_CLI_DATA__">"preRenderData": { "url" : "/" }</script>inbuild/index.html.
But preRenderData is used in pre-rendered components, I expect that
--no-prerenderneeds to prevent preRenderData.Does this PR introduce a breaking change?
Yes.
I think existing programs do not rely on it.
