Notable changes:

  • Re-enables the gang scheduling plugin
  • Disables most tier-2 plugins
  • Adds a custom "fit" plugin that does a naive, direct comparison between job shape and queue capability
  • Removes short-circuit behavior when allocating nodes to tasks
  • Removes caching behavior when checking job-to-node fit
