Why etc_dir is removed from IcebergExternalWorkerQueryRunner

It seems the etc_dir has been removed from IcebergExternalWorkerQueryRunner.
And from the readme, I cannot find this config parameter anymore.
Any reason why this is removed?

Since this is removed, how can we specify a different catalog type other hard-coded catalog type HIVE?
