hindi translation for console fixed

Fixes #2591

Changes:
-Fixed hindi translation for console.
For 'console' I have used 'कंसोल' (which is just console written with hindi alphabets). This behavior is consistent with other technical jargon in the translation json like "Auto-refresh", "settings", "Libraries", etc. It also makes more sense than the literal translation of console in hindi which would be something like "adesh pankti" (literally means command line but implies a list of commands).

I have used proper translations for normal words like "clear" is "साफ़ करें" (saaf karein, means to clean) and "close" is "बंद करें"(bandh karein, means to close)

If this behavior of translation is suitable then I am ready to do the other translations as well.

I have verified that this pull request:
